TEORI BELAJAR SIBERNETIK PADA GENERASI ALPHA:(Studi Pilihan Rasional Guru pada Pembelajaran Agama Islam Era Digital di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo)

When selecting Islamic religious teaching methods and media for Generation Alpha, teachers must consider the relationship between technological understanding and students' spiritual needs in their rational choices. Cybernetic learning theory, which focuses on feedback-based learning processes, adaptation, and self-control, offers a relevant approach for this generation. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) what are the characteristics of cybernetic learning theory in the context of learning for the alpha generation at SDN Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo?, 2) what is the cybernetic learning strategy in Islamic religious education for the alpha generation at SDN Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo?, and 3) how is the implementation of the cybernetic learning theory of teachers' rational choices for the alpha generation in the digital era at SDN Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo? This study used a qualitative descriptive method to identify the characteristics of cybernetic learning theory and appropriate learning strategies for Generation Alpha. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, educators, and students, direct observation of their interactions in the context of technology-based learning, and a literature review at SDN Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns and themes in the application of cybernetic theory, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The research results show that cybernetic learning theory has significant potential to enhance the effectiveness of Generation Alpha learning in Islamic Religious Education (IS) in the digital era at Damarsi Buduran Elementary School, Sidoarjo. The implementation of strategies such as gamification, simulation-based learning, and adaptive technology allows students to learn independently and adapt quickly to the material. With these strategies, Generation Alpha can develop critical thinking skills, independence, and adaptability, which are essential for the future.
