Abstract
The existence of Islamic religious education learning in schools has not changed the situation much. This is due to the dichotomy system of education, where general education is considered more important than Islamic religious education. Even if the competence and potential of Islamic Religious Education teachers are adequate, sometimes they lose the courage to be able to develop strategies in delivering Islamic Religious Education in schools.
This will result in the process of delivering Islamic religious education learning to students who are clearly seen as watching. This will result in unsuccessful learning in class. This requires a reliable form of strategy, so that Islamic Religious Education lessons in public schools attract the interest of students. Talking about Islamic Religious Education learning strategies in public schools is certainly not enough with strategy, there must be follow-up and harmonization of relations between religious teachers, general teachers and the local community.
In this regard, in the discussion of this research we will discuss the learning profile of Islamic Religious Education at SDN Blimbing III, Malang City, and the efforts made by the school to improve the quality of Religious Education learning at this SDN.
The research method used by this researcher is a qualitative research method. Judging from its type, this research is case research, because this research was carried out intensively, in detail and fundamentally about an institution, where the researcher took the case " Internalization of Islamic Religious Education Learning Development at SDN Blimbing III, Malang City
