Publication Ethics
Ajie: Alkhoziny Journal of Islamic Education upholds the highest standards of publication ethics, in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). These ethical principles apply to all parties involved in the publication process: authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher.
1. Authors' Responsibilities

Present research honestly, originally, and free from plagiarism.

Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.

Properly acknowledge all references and sources used.

Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Ensure that all listed authors have significantly contributed to the manuscript.
2. Editors' Responsibilities

Evaluate manuscripts based solely on academic merit, regardless of the authors’ race, gender, religious belief, or institutional affiliation.

Maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

Not misuse unpublished material for personal gain.

Make final decisions based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.
3. Reviewers' Responsibilities

Review manuscripts objectively, fairly, and in a timely manner.

Provide constructive feedback to help improve the manuscript’s quality.

Maintain confidentiality and not use manuscript content for personal advantage.

Decline the review if a conflict of interest exists.
4. Publisher's Responsibilities

Ensure that all publication processes are carried out ethically and professionally.

Support editors and reviewers in performing their roles effectively.

Maintain the integrity of the academic record.

Provide mechanisms for retractions or corrections when necessary.
